Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
If my chapter 7 bankruptcy is discharged but not closed can I file a chapter 13 to do my secured things I'm behind in like my car to be able to repay it over 5 years?

Technically speaking you cannot file a chapter 13 while another case is still open. However, that being said people do all of the time with mixed results. If a strenous objection is raised your chapter 13 would wind up being dismissed. http://www.superdebtbuster.com
