Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
chapter 13 bankruptcy dismissal
Have been in a ch. 13 for over a year and have always pd. on time. My husband has had a chg in income upron receiving soc. security disability payments. Our atty proposed an increase to the trustee and said we would hear from her and it has been 3 months and never heard and today received a notice she is dismissing us due to not paying the increased amt. Now what!!!

Contact your attorney and the trustee's office right away. Make sure what the increase amount is and do what you can to get caught up.
