If I file Chapter 13 are there any ramifications to my CPA, CFE or CIA licenses?

It is illegal for anyone to take adverse employment action against you for filing for bankruptcy. I believe that similar protection extends to professional licensing. I am familiar with one case where an attorney was disbarred after filing for bankruptcy, but it was a specific determination that he had abused the system by seeking to have his student loans discharged without making any effort to repay them.
