Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

If I'm not in the chapter 13 but name on house can i refin

my daughter and i own a house together she always did all the bills. I am a 76 years old. she did not tell me we were in forcloser until the day before she did chapter 13 i am not on the chapter 13 but i still own on the house is there any way that i can refin the house with just my name and maybe my son we owe about $70,000.00 plus back about 12,000 anr lawyers fee. would you please tell me what i should do?
