Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
credit cards
I filed bankruptcy in October chapt 7. Do I have to continue to make my credit card payments? I am having a hard time with them?

You should ask your attorney. If you do not have one, I advise you to get one immediately or I anticipate your case will be dismissed. Bankruptcies are not easy and, in my opinion, it would be almost impossible for a lay person to represent him or herself in a bankruptcy.
