Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

I file a chapter 7 in 2002. since then i have gotten married, went thru a nasty Divorce, where he was put in jail, brought a home, I have Sickle cell anemia, due to that I have been off work and when that happens i do not get paid neither do I have medical insurance. can I file another 7 or can i do a 13.

You have to wait 8 years from your Discharge to refile another Chapter 7. However, you may file a Chapter 13 any time.
