Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Dismissed
What happens when you have been in Chapter 13 for approx. 5 1/2 years, have paid faithfully, but did not submitt that you income had gone up, and did not turn over your Federal tax refunds. What can you do to stop the dismissal ? Any help would be appreciated.

This is not a question that can be answered with any degree of competency in this forum. I believe that you should consult your bankruptcy attorney immediately.
