Divorce and bankrupcty

We currently in a chapter 13 bankrupcty and is thinking about getting a divorce. How would a divorce affect the bankruptcy and it's payment plan?

Talk to your bankruptcy attorney because it depends on what assets/debts you are dividing up and you'd have to decide which of you will continue paying for what debts. Also, one or both of you may qualify to convert to a Ch 7 if the divorce changes your financial situation. Discuss this with your bankrupcy attorney before taking any further action.
