divorece bankruptcy
my husband filed for divorce. after the divorce he will file for bankruptcy. will i be liable for bills that were in his name?

Normally, spouses are not liabile for the other spouses indivdiual debt. For example, if a credit card is in his name only, and you never signed an agreement with the credit card company, you wouldn't be liable to the credit card company. However, it is possible that your judgment for divorce may say otherwise.
