how soon can i file bankruptcy?
hello,
i moved to michigan in april and my parents put my name on their house, i did not sign anything. i did sign in sept to take my name off. how soon can i file for chapter 7 bankruptcy? i am disabled with narcolepsy

You should have consulted with an attorney before you took that action. This could cause the Trustee to try to avoid that transfer if it occurred within the last 1-4 years. You may have not needed to take this action. If so, it will not affect your bankruptcy.
