Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

I filed bankruptcy chapter 7 two years ago and I included my home. The mortgage company is located in Pakistan but goes by the name Ocwen. They have not foreclosed on my home yet and when contacted them they indicate my information is invalid. I need to get out this situation, can I do a short sale or force them to take the deed back? What are my options? They keep paying the taxes on the home.

Not many options. You cannot force them to do anything at all. If you didn't reaffirm the mortgage then you are not obligated on the promise to pay. Of course they kept the security interest so they can foreclose assuming you are in default. I am not sure if you are current on payments or what. What specific information is invalid. Please explain that part as it is troubling. Why do you need to leave? You will likely need a bit more time to qualify for a mortgage anyways.
