Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
fraud?
I have been under chapter 13 for two years. I'am in a 3 yr. plan. I recently came into some money I did not know prior to filing bankruptcy that I would be getting. Should I tell my bankruptcy attorney or not, if I do not tell the attorney is it considered fraud? I'am making my monthly payments and paying more than I'am suppose too. please someone advise!! I'm not even sure if something like this is considered fraud, the money I received is barely enough to pay off my chapter 13 plan. thank you and I hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks again, Maria
