Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

My husband and I own a business. It is a corporation. We will have to declare bankruptcy. Will we lose our home?

More than likely - no. Assumption is that the corporation is declaring bankruptcy and not you. Even if you declare - you would come to an agreement to repay the loan.
