Income claimed with bankruptcy
If one spouse only claims a chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy, do they have to list the other spouses income on the means test?

If you are married and not filing jointly, you must reveal the spouses income in the means test. If you are married and seperated, you do not have to list the spouse's income.
