I will be filing bankruptcy - do I have to list my husbands monthly retirement income from a city-paid pension plan?

You will have to ask your attorney. Bankruptcy is very complex and requires knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code. Some pensions are included, some are not. Income is also listed on Sch. I and Form B22 which use different income criteria and will have different results in most cases.
