Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
judgement and banckruptcy
after i forclosed on my house, the PMI company is suing me for the remainder of the loan that the bank did not pay them(34,000). there is a judgement against me for that amount. if i file ch7, will i be free of this jugement?thanks

Yes. The PMI insurance is an unsecured non-priority debt that can be completely discharged in a chapter 7 action.
