Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Lien on car
A lender has a lien on my car from a loan that will be discharged from a chapter 7. Is there any way to keep the car and prevent them from taking it. It's only worth about $2400.

Yes, you can either reaffirm the loan and pay it as you have been paying it, or you can see if they will let you redeem it for fair market value ($2400 according to your question).
