Re: losing property
Your husband can file by himself. If your husband files alone or you file jointly, you are allowed to keep your exempt property. There are several factors to consider. You should consult with a bankruptcy attorney about whether your property is exempt. If you would like a free consultation, you can contact me at (248) 679-1552.
