Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan

I am married but about to get a divorce. Should I file bankruptcy before or after my divorce?

In most cases it makes sense to wait because divorce can mean there will be a reduction in income. That being said, you should speak with a lawyer soon to determine what course of action to take, and when.
