Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
getting out of our mobile home
My husband and I bought a mobile home 9 years ago. The Army is now transferring him out of state. We need to sell our mobile home, but we owe way more than what it's worth. We've tried working with the bank, but they want 75% of what we owe. This is not even close to being possible. We have to move within a month. What are our options? We are thinking of voluntary repo, but don't know if this is the way to go. Bankruptsy?

Re: getting out of our mobile home
Without knowing all the facts, you may want to consider allowing the bank to repossess the mobile home and file for bankruptcy. This would give you the fresh start you are looking for and need.
