Morgage
Can I sign on a morgage with my husband while I only is in Chapter 13. We would like to buy a house and his income is not enough. I want to use my income also. I have never been late. I've paying for 2 years now.

While you are in a chapter 13 you are going to need court approval before you can sign the mortgage (or incur any other new debt. That doesn't mean that you can't do it, but it must be approved by the court first. But before you can do that, you need to get pre-approved by a lender so that you can provide the terms to the court.
