Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Second mortage/ bankruptcy
If I stop paying on my 2nd mortage what can they do???? besides a lien on my home??
It's going on 2 years now since we filed bankruptcy, We kept our home with 2 mortages and our 2 cars...
Now with the gas prices and the prices up on everything and our wages going down because they took money away.
