payment of fine
If a convict in united states is fined and is not able to pay fine. Is the convict's family liable to pay the fine? What will happen to convict if he's not able to pay the fine?

The legal position in India is this : The consequence of non-payment of fine, which usually is an extended prison term, is determined by the court and is normally a part of the final judgement passed at the time of conviction.
