Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Reconverstion
If i file a chapter 7, convert it to a 13 to try to pay off debt, may i reconvert back to 7, if i find that the payments are too burdomsome?

Greetings; I see no reason to convert to a chapter 13 if you qualify for a chapter 7. In fact, if you are properly qualified for a chapter 7 you do NOT quailify to convert. After filing a chapter 7, you can always pay old bills when you have the money. I would be most interested to know where you got this crazy idea. Thanks, Atty. trichler; www.trichler.com
