Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Michigan
Reopen Bankruptcy
I just found out about a judgement that i did not know
about it was from 1997 I think. my bankruptcy was over
in 2004 is it to do anything about this like add it to the
Bankrutcy.

If it was a chapter 7 and their was no distribution to creditors you should be able to amend your bankruptcy schedules and matrix to include the Creditor. However, the judgment may not be dischargeable depending on what the judgment arose from.
