Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Business consultation
My fiance and I have been running an independant escorting business. We need some direction on how to make things legal as far as advertising, doing business, paying taxes, and how to go about getting stated income information so that we can apply for loans. It would also be nice to have a lawyer on retainer for help should anymore questions or problems arise. We would like to hear back from someone that feels comfortable working with clients in our field of business.

Re: Business consultation
First off you need to set up either a Limited Liability Company or an S-Corporation. Also we need to set you up with an accountant. You should contact an attorney who can help you set up your business. My firm has helped several business get off the ground and start to expand within a few months. Contact us at your earliest convenience we would love to represent you.

Re: Business consultation
I would be interested in assisting you. Incorporating a business is very easy, if you have not already done so. And there are certain contracts you should have in place with your employees/independent contractors to prevent future problems/claims, i.e,. some preventative steps you can take.
If you'd like to set up an appointment, please contact me at your convenience. Weekends and evenings are fine also.
Thanks.
