Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
business lease.
I leased an office in an office bldg. Since I get it (jan 07), it has roof leaking and I left several messages and calls, but its now close to 3 months land lord company is not fixing it. And I can't have employees work there. its pouring water in the center of office and all the carpet is totally.

Withhold the rent till the problem is fixed. I would also contact an attorney who could send a nice letter to the land-lord.
