Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
I own a business in michigan and recently sold goods to a customer who put a stop payment on the check she used to pay. I have her home phone number, but she wont respond. I know the product was good (i own a bakery and the bread was fresh). It was a couple hundred dollar order, so im assuming it falls into small claims. Her bank did nothing for me. How should i proceed, in your opinion?
