I am working for a company that is about to loose its contract with the business. what happens if I start a company and place a bid on the contract that my employer is going to loose?

You could be violating a non-competition agreement if you signed one. You could also be interfering with a contractual business relationship and could get sued for it. Call me if you have any other questions 5862851700
