Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Had a client cancel a contract in the final year. Their reason that the contract was with a group that was dissolved last year. The property management was now handled by the association. However, they paid use last year under the terms of the contract with the dissolved entity.
Do I have a case for breach of contract?
