Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Contract Breech
A consultant/contractor was barred access to the building he was working in without cause. The person who barred him was ''at the time'' in charge of the building. That person insists that she was given the order by her superior at the main office. If this case were to go into small court for a settlement, who should be named, the building supervisor, her boss, or both.

Re: Contract Breech
In small claims court, it can't hurt to join both parties as you do not get discovery. This will be the only way to compel the testimony of the building manager. Depending on the amount of money, you are probably better off hiring an atty and filing in District Court. For more info, please contact me at (248)851-3171.
