Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
I am under contract to manage a restaurant. The contract stipulates my salary. The owners came to me and said that they were going to reduce my contracted salary by 40%. I told them I could not afford to work for that, yet I could not afford to not work at all. I have been working for the reduced amount because I can not find a new job. Do I have any recourse in collecting the amount owed to me?
