Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
DISH Network recently eliminated Fox Sports programming. I signed a 2-year contract with DISH in February(2010). I upgraded to the 200-channel package ONLY because it included Fox Sports Detroit. My question is: Can I abrogate my contract with DISH because they are no longer carrying Fox Sports?

Any attorney will say a review of the contract you signed is needed to answer your question. Very likely, DISH has language in the contract about this issue. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
