duplicating a business plan
I am a business owner, and I was going to lease some property from another agency, and it didn't work out, now they are using my plan. Help? I am incorp in my state, and I put the copyright symbol at the bottom of all my paperwork, what can I do?

The answer really depends on the nature of the plan. If it was a business model without a product, proving that they either converted it or used trade secrets would prove difficult. If the plan was to make or market a particular product or service, and they are following it and making money, you may have a cause of action to recover damages.
