Ebay/paypal
i have sent 3,500 dollars to a ebay seller for computers on ebay through paypal. i didnt receive the item AND HE HAS MY MONEY what can i do

You need to review the Paypal rules for filing a claim through paypal and also through ebay. Do so immediately and/or per their timeframes. If at the end of the day you do not get your refund through Paypal, keep disputing it. Paypal is supposed to provide protections, but I've personally experienced them not holding up to their word. If you cannot get reimbursed through ebay or paypal, you'd have to file suit in the county/state where the person you purchased from lived.
