Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
electronic fund transfer
I own a business and signed a contract with a online vendor agreeing to have x amount of $ withdrawn on amonthly basis in exchange for their product, they did it once and have not done it for a number of months since, i did not find out until recently and the balance due would be substantial, do i owe it (plus late fees)?

Re: electronic fund transfer
Maybe not late fees, but you definitely owe for the product that you received. Just because the company did not take the money out of the account does not mean that you get the product for free.
Re: electronic fund transfer
if you have received the product, you owe the funds. You should discuss it with them immediately. A payment plan might be in order. Visit www.kliszlaw.com for more info or to contact me. Tim Klisz
