Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

I'll explain, A hobby shop opened in the downriver area where they have comercial race tracks for slot cars, They offer rental rates for track time, five dollars for 1/2 hour are the rates, They also sell slot cars and accessories, Took my son in there and bought a starter kit from the owner which included a car and controller, have took the son there a few times and rented track time, twice now my 8 year old son has said to the owner that my dad was looking on Ebay to buy me another car, and the owner has replied that you can get good deals on Ebay, but if you buy it on Ebay you better go to Ebay to race it. He's saying that if you don't buy from him you won't come in his Hobby center and rent track time. This is a business that is open to the public.

Q: This has to be against the law, Forcing you to buy from him or you don't come in. Is this legal?

This is perfectly legal, just not good business sense. Take your eBay cars to someone who wants your business. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
