Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Finder's Fee Agreement
I am looking for the appropriate contract to use for a Finder's Fee. I am bringing together a business man who needs a business person to build Assisted Living Units. I have such a person who builds Assisted Living Housing and want to contract with them before allowing them to meet. Do I negotiate 2.5% with the original business man and 2.5% with the Assisted Living Housing person as well or 5% from one side...if the latter, which side...thank you very much.....urgent...happy holidays and thank you again.....

Re: Finder's Fee Agreement
You can contract however you want to contract. If the people agree to the terms and conditions then you have a valid contract. If the original business man is willing to give you 5% then you have an agreement with him. Ultimately you have to have an agreement and each party has to agree.
