Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

Hello,

I signed a non-solicitation agreement when I hired into a company. However, I am looking to move to a different company due to my current employer's lack of work. My problem is that I would be hiring into another company that can be considered a competitor. This is the wording of the agreement. Basically I'm asking if I could be sued if I get hired into a new company and within a year they get one of my former clients.

Thank you
