Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Hi,
A few months ago I ordered some jewelry items on the internet, it was very cheap and nice so I ordered some for my friends and family days after that I received a notice that the package was confiscated by Customs they want that pay a lot of money for get my package back so I decide to loose it, this morning I received a Letter from a lawyer of the trade mark requesting me a lot of things like a list of profit of the things that sold and return all the items that I have but I did not sale anything and the package was confiscated so I dont know what to do

Must hire a lawyer to tell them that you are not in the business of sale and making profit if that is indeed true.
As a Franchise Attorney I offer slightly different advice. Consider writing to the lawyer and explaining exactly what happened, and that you haven't sold anything because you never received the goods. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
