Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
I am hiring a programmer to program my computer game for me. First though I have to give him access to all my game information to give me a proper estimate on the cost. How do I protect myself and my idea so he can't just take all the info he sees and make the game himself?

As a Franchise Attorney I advise you to have this person sign a very comprehensive Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA). This is not a do-it-yourself or buy a form NDA assignment. The NDA must be carefully drafted and reflect facts that are unique to your situation. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
