Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

Incorporation and Privacy

I would like to start a company (probably an llc) and at least de facto be the sole owner but do not want any public record that I am associated with it. Is there some way I could have some other person or entity be on the public record but transfer any and all rights to me? Do liabilities pose a problem?

Re: Incorporation and Privacy

The only way that you could avoid showing on a public record is if you set up some others as the board and then contractually set up something with the company stating your ownership interests.
