Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

Landlord/website owner dictating prices of items sold by shop owner??

Can a Website owner that you pay rent to dictate a minimum price of items that you own and are selling on a site? For that matter, can any landlord tell you how much you have to sell something for? Is there a difference between a brick and mortar business and a web based business in this case?

This question is NOT like landlord tenant. Relations between a website owner and a hosted client is a matter of contract.

A miminum price is reasonable, if you agree to it. If the terms become intolerable, vote with your mouse: move to your own (or, another) server! You can buy a domain name for $15 and use it as your main address, re-routing all traffic seamlessly to another website. With PayPal and other on-line merchant facilities, there is no reason to be held hostage by any website owner if you don't like the terms.
