Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
Limited Liability Companys
Our business which was a LLC closed with a negative libality and no assets to sell to pay off the vendors, there were letters sent to all of them stating that information, one of them has taken us to court and has filed a judgment against us. Will that effect our personal credit record? Can we take them back to court and prove to them that we went out of business in the negative? How do we get that off of the record if we can if it is on our personal record?
