Llc partnerships
Have one partner who has abandon biz. Other partners want to remove uninterested partner from all future dealing. What forms are needed to make this happen?

Re: Llc partnerships
Look at your operating agreement which outlines how these decisions are made and who has to vote, whether you just a majority vote (like over 50%), or something higher, like 2/3 vote. You then have a meeting and vote. You need to provide notice to all members of the LLC, however. They can waive attending the meeting, and you can vote without them. Even if the uninterested partner objects, majority likely rules (which is the default rule unless your agreement states otherwise, or if there was no agreement ever put in place).
If this person is truly disinterested, he'd want to get himself out of this, off any bank accounts, etc., to avoid liability for debts.
Re: Llc partnerships
It depends on what your operating agreement says. Usually it takes a majority of the members to have a decision made.
