Hello. I manage an auto repair facility in Michigan. It seems the owner has stopped paying our suppliers. Can I be held responsible for parts I purchase for the business?

As long as you are not ordering them personally, with a personal line of credit. The suppliers would likely only seek collection from the company. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
