Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
No-compete clause
I started a job a week ago and I signed a no-compete clause for twelve months.I just received a better offer from a company that I would prefer to work for.Since I am still in training and do not have any customers I was wondering how binding that contract is.I am in the food sales business.
