are these clasues enforceable in Michigan?

Generally speaking yes, but there are certain requirements for them to be enforceable. For example, they must be reasonable in their restrictions, such as distance and time frame. If you could show that it would severely restrict your ability to obtain meaningful employment in Michigan, this might be a basis for the court to set it aside or find it unreasonable.
