Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan

non payment

I wholesale gasoline, a customer of mine ordered 48,000.00 worth of fuel sold it and closed their doors. Is there anything i can do to get my money back, Did they commit a crime. I do have a contract with them and a personal guaranty.

The retailer did not commit a crime. You have a contract with the business and a guaranty with one of the principals. Your remedy is to sue on the contract and on the guaranty. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail.
