noncompete agreement
the business i work for sold 1 year and 3 months ago. Under the previous owner I signed a noncompete. Then the business was an INC. and now under new owner its a LLC. I never signed a noncompete with him. Can I legally start my own business doing same work?

It depends on what the agreement that you signed states and the structure of the sale.
